I’m Frances and live in Hertfordshire with my husband, Gary, 3 children (Robyn, Nathan and Steph) ranging in age from 2 to 20, a dog and some chickens – so I think it’s fair to say I enjoy a challenge!
I have a real passion for learning – it brings so many opportunities to discover new things, which I think makes life so much more exciting.
My career so far
My degree gave me the opportunity to complete a placement year at Schering-Plough, where I realised that I wanted to work in the pharmaceutical industry, as helping people gain access to medicines that made a difference to their lives was incredibly rewarding.
I spent 12 years working for Merck & Co in a variety of customer facing and Learning & Development roles. Having worked across a range of complex disease areas I’ve developed a real talent for making complicated information easy to understand!
I believe that people are fascinating and I love the opportunity to work with them, either individually or in a team, to develop the skills and knowledge they need to bring outstanding performance to their role.
Why you should get in touch
I enjoy working with people and seeing them develop to be the best they can be, whether that’s helping them to achieve their goals, or working out how to do things better.
I’ll work closely with you, listening to your needs to develop L&D solutions that can make a real difference to you, your employees and your business.
Whether working with teams or individuals, I’ll bring a confident, calm and creative approach to problem solving, working closely with you to ensure your needs are met.
